Mary Kate refuses police interview

Olsen-twin Mary Kate is allegedly refusing to talk to federal investigators to clarify the events surrounding Heath Ledger’s fatal overdose back in January.

Investigators are trying to find out where Ledger got the medication from and have already interviewed his Ex, Michelle Williams,  and the masseuse who found his body amongst others. But Mary Kate refuses to be questioned.

Her attorney commented: "Regarding the Government's investigation, at Ms. Olsen's request, we have provided the Government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger's death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed."

He further insists that the actress ‘had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them’.

Closer thinks she could be a little bit more helpful considering Heath died in her apartment. Maybe she’s worried about her reputation? Thoughts below please…
