Investigation into Heath's death is closed

The U.S. Attorney's Office has officially closed it's investigation into Heath Ledger's death and will not force Mary-Kate Olsen to speak to them.

We told you earlier this week that Mary-Kate was refusing to talk about where Heath might have gotten hold of the drugs which he accidentally overdosed on and police were thinking of enforcing a subpoena against her, to make her give evidence.

Now though, the probe has been closed and no charges will be filed and MK won't have to testify. The actress had been battling for immunity before she was willing to speak, with her lawyer telling the press that she had "nothing to do" with Heath's drugs.
