WIN! Personalised training sessions for a month

To celebrate the launch of Cancer Research UK's brand new website www.run10ktogether.com, which encourages couples to exercise together and challenge each other, we are giving away training sessions with fitness trainer to the stars Lucy Wyndham-Read.
It’s good to train for your 10k run with a partner, and Lucy is offering two lucky winners and their running partners the chance to win a bespoke month’s membership at her online fitness centre with a training programme personally designed for both. This will consist of four weekly personalised fitness plans containing exercises that can be done at home or the gym, along with tips for motivation, personal nutritional advice, and weekly weigh-in sessions.
Cancer Research UK teamed up with Lucy Wyndham-Read in a bid to encourage couples, friends and family members to spend healthy, quality time together. They created run10ktogether.com to help the cause - where anyone taking part, or thinking of entering Run10k, can log on and challenge their partner to run with them.
The website even offers the incentive of a pledge to fulfil should the challenger come closer to their target time than their partner. This could be anything from doing all their washing for a month, to a marriage proposal! All ‘couples’ can participate – husbands and wives, brothers and sisters, or best friends.
