British women put looks before health
Thursday 11 September 2008
Shocking new survey results have revealed that more than a third of young British women value good looks more than their health.
A poll by online fashion game Miss Bimbo has shown that over a third of all respondents, aged 21 and under, are currently dieting, while more than 20% have tried more than three diets in the last 12 months.
And although 95% of those questioned claim to know what a healthy diet consists of, only 34% of 22 to 30 year-olds find it easy to stick to a balanced eating regime.
At Closerdiets we believe that the key to looking and feeling great is to follow a sensible, healthy diet that suits your needs. That is why we offer a variety of different diet plans that are tailored to your individual requirements.
