Cheryl: "Ashley's a free spirit"

OK: Closer loves Cheryl Cole, and although we might not be sure she made the right decision sticking with love rat Ashley, we are glad that her marriage crisis worked out reasonably well in the end (for her career at least).
But now our fave Girls Aloud singer keeps banging on and on about how the whole nasty episode is in the past, and how people make mistakes and forgiveness this and freedom that, to the point that it makes her look a little, well, foolish.
In an extract from the band’s upcoming book, Dreams That Glitter, Cheryl says: “ People make mistakes, stuff happens. But I believe that everyone should be a free spirit. Even in my marriage, Ashley’s a free spirit. I’m not his keeper.”
The 25-year-old adds: “I’m not the type of person to ring him and be like, ‘Where are you, who are you with, what’s happening, what time will you be in, why haven’t you answered your phone?’
Chezza, we really hope your words won’t come back to bite you in your tiny behind one day.

cheryl is nothing without ashley, look at her birthday bash this year nd last, cheryl is poorly this year she is stupied its a clear page she has stoped the divorce twice still calling nd texing him
