Lily does a 'Posh'

Oh no! It looks like the trend for totally bonkers shoes is catching on in Celeb-land!

After we've seen fashion-crazy Victoria Beckham (well, who else?) showing off some seriously strange, gravity- defying footwear, now Lily Allen has been snapped with some equally weird but not so wonderful soles.

The singer was teetering to a showbiz bash on black six-inch platforms that, to Closer, look like what we'd imagine the devil to come up with if he was to design a fashion range for his hooves!

Then again, what do we know? Please enlighten us: are we totally missing the fashion point?
