A-HA legend Morten Harket's top karaoke tips

With Christmas just around the corner, Closer is currently deeply concerned about two things that seem to dominate the festive season every year:
The hunt for the perfect presents and the imminent danger of being forced to sing karaoke at the office shindig!
So the 'Xbox Big Night In' showcase couldn't have come at a better time - we are happy to report that all our Christmas worries have been sorted, and so can yours.
Whether you're stuck for ideas how to spoil your loved ones this year, worrying about how to keep the family entertained over the holidays or, like us, have a deadly fear of public singing, you should look no further than the fun range of games Xbox has on offer this Christmas.
Singing game "Lips' comes with two wireless motion-sensitive microphones that allow you to throw some shapes and dance around the living room whilst you battle your friends for the title of 'Least Tone-Deaf Singer'.
The game comes complete with 40 party tunes to test your vocal abilities, including classic 80s' hit Take On Me by A-HA. Lead singer Morten Harket (who looks like Patrick Swayze. A lot.) performed his own song live on the game - needless to say, he was pretty amazing!
And after hearing Closer positively murdering Rihanna's smash hit Umbrella, Morten kindly agreed to give us a few tips on how to enjoy a good karaoke night without losing face completely - shame he didn't tell us earlier in the evening!
And if singing is not your, ahem, strongest talent, there's still no need to be sulking under the Christmas tree because there are plenty more cool Xbox games that you can enjoy with friends and family like movie trivia quiz "Scene It?Box Office Smash" or "You're In The Movies", which lets you try out you're acting skills in short, riotous films.
