Simon speaks out about his break up

Simon Cowell can dish it out, but it seems he’s had trouble coping with all the gossip and rumours surrounding his split with girlfriend Terri Seymour, because he’s decided to speak out about the reason behind their break-up.

Simon defended his actions saying: "I have never ever said that I want children or marriage. I know some find it hard to fathom, but it's who I am. Bottom line is, I'm married to my job.”

Talking about Terri, the X Factor judge said: "She wants a different path in life. I totally respect that."

What's the point of getting married and having kids if you don't want to? A relationship needs to make both people happy. I reckon Terri always knew the score, and probably always knew it wouldn't last forever, now she's at the point where she wants more from her life, so she's going to get it from someone sho wants the same. Simon's great! At least he's honest enough to admit it!

I dont find it hard to fathom,i admire his honesty,why should he get married and have kids just because most people do?
More people should be honnest with their feelings then maybe there wouldnt be people queing up to get devorced!
She probably thought she could change his views,she obviously wasted nine years of her life trying.
