Umm,everybody's past gets draged up when they go on these kinda show's.
Its not going to do her any favours if its true,i do think she should of mentioned it though,because it was obviously going to come out!
Not something you hold back when your going to be on national tv week after week!
God know's why she didn't tell anyone,no wonder her mum didn't want her going on the show!

I'm not being funny but that has got nothing to do with her performing on X Factor! Ok, that's a horrible thing to think that her brother might have killed someone but she wasnt involved was she? So I don't know why there's such a fuss being made of it! And I wouldnt tell anyone if I had a brother who might have done that! Nothing to be proud of is it?!

No its not,but the X factor is about talent and the press love a good story,or bad one,and the press will go to town on this now and take away the whole point of the show!
She wasn't backward at coming forwards when she told all about her seedy life behind bars,maybe to get the sympathy vote!
Its not something you shout from the rooftops,and be proud of,but i just think she must have been either thick to not think it wouldn't come out,or maybe she was trying to be cleaver by not telling and hope when it did come out she would get sympathy!
Peter Kay's send up of the show was spot on! You either have to have a sad story to get on or a seedy one! And Rachel's sure is a bad one!

Spot on, clarabella! If certain contestants, like Rachel, are so hell bent on using their sob story's to get vote's, then why shouldn't something a little less savoury be brought up??? She's made out she's been so hard done by, but she's been accused of smoking pot during the boot camp stages ("i used to be a drug addict, but drugs are in my past - i'm a good mother" and all the rest), she's constantly kicking off and behaving in a really intimidating way behind the scenes. I am in no way surprised another member of her family is a dodgy character.
Stabbing someone is the lowest and most cowardly thing to do. If her own mother didn't want her to go on the show, it makes you wonder what other nasty skeletons are in Rachel's closet, doesn't it? They're all thugs. With a bit of luck, she'll get voted out this Saturday anyway....

I think the only reason Rachel has lasted so long is because she is so intimidating and arogant! Maybe dannii and the other judge's are scared to tell it like it is!
She is going to get so much press attention now,and for all the wrong reasons.
How does anyone know she wasn't involved? Its not like she hasn't been in trouble with the law before is it?
Of cause theres going to be a fuss about it,maybe thats what she was hopeing for,well im afraid she wont get any sympathy from me if thats what she's after,its not like her brother has knicked afew apples from tesco is it?
She'l be dedicating her song's to her brother next week!!
Im sorry but if her brother has done it,there wont be any sympathy from me for Rachel or her family,the only sympathy i'll be giving is to the family of the poor boy murderd!
Rachel knew all along this would come out,and i hope it backfires on her!!!

she is a disgrace and we should not let scum like her be on the tv. she doesnt deserve a chance like this. what about her children that she caused to be taken into care. no one made her be a dirty druggy. i am working and paying taxes to pay for her children to be bought up in care
and how do you think the family of the person her scum family murdered feel watching her prancing around every saturday night.
it is digusting and ITV should demand she is removed from the show

Wasn't it last year they removed the girl from the show who was involved in the 'happy slapping' incident?
They felt it necessary to kick that girl out, but for some reason they are standing by a woman who is an ex-con, a 'former' drug addict (not to mention a terrible mother - kids don't get taken into care for no reason), and now who's brother has murdered someone. To me that seems a hell of a lot more serious than happy slapping. Why are the police questioning Rachel about her brothers whereabouts?? Seems to me she is involved in one way or another.
X Factor bosses need to act reponsibly and kick this thug off the show. In an age where knife crime seems as common as getting your car stolen, i think this is setting a really really bad example to the X Factor's young audience.

Oh yeh,there was a girl that got kicked off for happy slapping.
How can they justify kicking her off and not Rachel?
But then as ive said before,its the sad story that got her through-drugs,millions of kids,banged up,kids in care,more drugs,BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN!!!!= X factor!
And now a murderer in the family! I bet she's rubbing her hands with glee thinking of all the PAID interviews!
Chuck her off and make her pay her own way in life,we bloody have to!

Please do not hate, congratulate! She had a bad life, she's doing something about it, her brother is charged of knifing someone not rachael, police questioning her does not make her an accomplice, do not comment on what you do not know, state only facts and let others make up their minds. I pay taxes and never claimed any benefits in my life but i do it with the hope that it's used wisely and that includes the hope that children like rachel's and others in care will have a chance, a better one than baby p had. Rachel made a mistake now she is raising 2 children on her own that means that she has changed from the drug addled mum from before, look at the positives hate like yours goes round and helps no one, give people a chance!

Why on earth should we congratulate someone who's taken drugs and been in prison for god know's what! I also pay taxes and dont mind my hard earned money going to good causes,but i begrude it going to people like her who dont help themselfs,why should i pay for her to stay warm in prison and be fed three times a day!
She's not raising her kids on her own,us tax payers pay for them why she's prancing around on a tv show!
She choose her bad life,no one forced her to do all the bad things!
