i'm disabled even find walking extremly hard i'm desperate to lose about 1 & half stone i'm a vegetrian dont drink alcohal but need to get weight off as suffer chronic pain in back and legs after having op on spine 10 yrs ago is there any way you can offer me any advice to shift access wieght i also have to take oxycontin for pain control so cant use any of tablets that they sell to help people lose weight
