Chelsea boss Phil Scolari better watch his back – a mob of angry WAGs have hit back after he told players to find ‘a nice quiet girl’ instead of the fame hungry glamour girls.
The WAGs claim that “Football would be really boring without us.", and that they are hard-working stars in their own right (ahem!) and also help their boyfriends and husbands become successful by providing support.
WAG’s Union (OMG, what???) representative Lizzie Cundy, who is married to ex-Chelsea and Spurs ace Jason Cundy, said: “WAGs are glamorous and flashy and enjoy their lifestyle. People are interested in them whether Phil Scolari likes it or not.”
Lizzie went on to say: “Girls like me, Cheryl Cole, Coleen Rooney, Abbey Clancy and Nicola McLean all have our own careers and don’t just live on our husbands’ money. You only have to look at the sales of magazines like OK to see how much people love reading about them.”
We love it! Round two to the WAGs! Scolari better up his game if he hopes to rid the beautiful game of these beautiful(?!) ladies.

What a load of bollo**s!
As if anyone is interested in what they do! I bet half of them don't even know the ins and outs about the game,and i bet not one of them can explain the off side rule!
Football isn't boring,but its boring when you see the 'wags' freezing their tits off on the terreces pretending to be interested in what their partners are doing,and jumping up and down with the fans!
Half of um wouldn't know hard work if it jumped up and bit um on their over inhanced bangers!
Support their blokes my arse,more like sponge off them for the newest 'it' bag etc!
Get a life,and get a job of your own!

Wags are glamorous and flashy!!! Yeah!! And without a super rich boyfriend to pay for it all that would just be a distant dream wouldn't it?
The only one's who have had a successful career in their own right are Cheryl Cole, Victoria Beckham and Louis Redknapp, but each of these have had them boosted by being married to a top footballer. The rest of them have tried to build 'careers' off the back of being a footballer's girlfriend - dragging their men to OK photo shoots and interviews, the precise point Scolari is making - that's not what they should be doing. They need to have commitment to their jobs - they have to train every day, be on strict diet excercise and sleep regimes and they can even be on curfews (yes really), i can't see Abbey Clancey and Nicola McClean being too keen on going along with all that, half of them hardly even live with their men, they spend al their time travelling around big cities, spending money, partying and getting papped. Personally i would want a bit more from a relationship than just someone to pay for everything i wanted.
