Three's a trend: Cheryl, Alex and Sarah

It's every girl's worst nightmare: you have made a lot of effort to look your best at the office Christmas party/ a friend's birthday bash/ New Year's do and someone else is wearing exactly. the. same. outfit.

Luckily for these three ladies, we're talking day wear here and X Factor judge Cheryl, her winning act Alexandra Burke and Girls Aloud bandmate Sarah Harding are not even at the same event, but none the less, they are all rocking identical shiny leggings.

This brings up all sort of questions: Is Alex trying to copy her idol Cheryl's look? Do the girls only one pair of leggings that they rotate between them, sort of like a leggings timeshare? And should we hotfoot it to American Apparel in our lunch hour to get ourselves a pair?
