'I want 10 kids - if Katie can keep up with me'

After a well-deserved break from Tom Cruise's sickly-sweet ravings over the Christmas hols, he is back with a vengeance!

As Closer duely returned to work to bring you the latest goss we came across some more OTT quotes from Mr Cruise, so we thought we'd share the fun with you!

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, the 46-year-old revealed that he can't wait to have more children. “I want ten children. I love kids.", Tom revealed.

And he clearly doesn't think that the age gap between him and wife Katie is a problem: “If I’m worried about anything, it’s if she can keep up with me. I’m very active.” (Please don't let him be talking about, erm, their bedroom activities)

With two adopted children from his marriage to Nicole Kidman and biological daughter Suri, Tom's better start soon - that's seven kids to go!

And although Closer thinks that he is, once again, exaggerating, you can't beat his enthusiasm when it comes to his family.

Speaking of Suri, Tom gushed: “She’s so charming, she’s so beautiful, she’s just great.” . And the actor described wife Katie as "extraordinary " and a "very strong, gracious woman".

Tom, if you could just turn it down a notch we'd totally agree with you!
