Patrick Swayze talks about his cancer battle

Dirty Dancing heart throb Patrick Swayze has tallked about his battle against pancreatic cancer for the first time to silence rumours that he was close to death.
He told US interviewer Barbara Walters: "You bet that I'm going through hell. (...) There's a lot of fear here. (...) Yeah I'm scared, yeah I'm angry, yeah I'm 'Why me?'"
The 56-year-old actor decided to break his silence after reports emerged in the media that he was so ill he had said his last goodbyes to friends and family.
Swayze was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer early in 2008. His wife of 33 years, Lisa Niemi, has been by his side throughout his brave battle against the illness.
Speaking of her, Patrick said: "I have no greater respect for any other human being."
And the actorr is adamant that he will keep fighting the deady disease: "What winning is to me is not giving up, no matter what's thrown at me. And I can keep going."
