With celebrities, record labels and fitness experts offering us their help and support in our quest to a healthier body, it's easy to get confused.

So we have compiled a review of the most popular DVDs to help you pick the one that's just perfect for your individual needs!

Davina high energy 5 is really good, but my favourite is 'Pump it Up' by the girls (and random guy) from The Call On Me music video, its really good and easy. makes you sweat and targets all over your body x

Anyone who genuinely wants to sweat and get fit should definately try Ministry of Sound, Nell McAndrew and all of the Taebo workouts.
