Jade: My boys dont know how sick I am

Brave cancer victim Jade Goody has revealed she has been finding it hard to protect her sons from her illness.

Speaking about her boys Bobby Jack, five, and four-year-old Freddie, Jade, 27, explains: “My boys don’t know how sick I am.

“They obviously know that something is not right with Mummy because I’m bald. And they call me baldy.

“But I don’t want my kids to be embarrassed by my baldness. I don’t want them to think that if you’re bald you have to hide away.

“There’s not a second when I forget it’s there. How can I? I just have to look in the mirror to remind me.”

Jade, who has cervical cancer, also described the devastating effect her baldness has had on her self-esteem.

Speaking to The News Of The World, she said: “It’s bad enough this disease can kill you, but it eats away at your confidence, your looks and your sexuality as well. I’m fighting for my femininity here.

“I don’t want to sound trivial but I’m just 27 years old and even though I’ve got a disease that could kill me I still want to look pretty.

“I still need to feel like a woman. Is that so wrong?”

Aww,bless her. can't even begin to emagine whats she's going through.
And why should she hide away,and not dress up,everybody should live for today.
You look great Jade,you are a lovely woman,keep doing what makes you happy.
You and your boys deserve all the happiness in the world,im hoping and praying for you all.

Although I wasn't a fan of Jade's I am so very sorry that she is so sick - I hope she makes a full recovery.

I watched my Mum go through 2 bouts of Cancer my thoughts are with Jade and anyone currently going through the illness it is extremely hard to watch someone try to look after themself while thinking of others around them, I really hope she makes a full recovery and it is so obvious this brave woman is doing so much to bring her boys first, if that means selling more stories to secure their future you go girl and don't listen to that insensitive self centred idiot :-)
