Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
* There is one prize of £250 and five prizes of £50 worth of online M&Co. credit.
* The draw will be held on March 6, 2009. The winner will be notified by March 10, 2009.
* Prize winners will be required to create an online account at www.mandco.com where online credit will be applied. Online credit must be used by 31.12.09 and is only redeemable against M&Co. purchases not including delivery costs.
* The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. There is no cash substitute for the prize and the prize is not transferable.
* The winner may be required to take part in advertising, including photographs. The promoter has the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of the same or greater value.
Discount Terms and Conditions:
* This exclusive promotion code entitles you to 10% OFF online at www.mandco.com until 31.03.09. It can be used to get 10% OFF full price and promotional items but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or to purchase gift vouchers.
* Discount will be applied when promotion code CLOSER10 is entered at the checkout stage. Discount applies to purchased goods only and is not redeemable against delivery charges. The discount is only redeemable online and cannot be accepted in-store.
* This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash (nominal value is 0.001p) and returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. Your statutory rights are not affected. Offer is valid until 31.03.09.
