New mum Jessica Alba has revealed she found shedding her baby weight so hard she broke down in tears at the gym.
 
The gorgeous actress was keen to lose the extra weight she had gained while pregnant with her daughter Honor, who was born last June.
 
Jess spent gruelling hours in the gym and even wore a girdle to help slim her tummy, in order to drop the pounds quickly.
 
The 27-year-old told Elle magazine “I cried. And I haven’t worked out since.”
 
It’s refreshing to know that husband Cash Warren doesn’t add any more unnecessary pressure to the star, as Jess added: “Whether I’m dressed as a boy or wearing a gown, he’s pretty cool about it all. He doesn’t want to change me.”

well he shudn't put pressure eyy. becuase it's his baby also after all, even though she carried it for 9 months

I agree theres nothing wrong with the girl! Got a great figure, a gorgeous baby! Put your life into perspective love, there are people in the real world with real problems, not just worrying about getting into a smaller dress size! x

Why do women get so insecure about their weight so soon after having a baby? Why can't new mums enjoy their babies without it being marred by insecurities over their post baby bulge? Surely there's so much more to life than carrying a few exta pounds for a while....... like enjoying your new baby.
