Is that a bump we spot Ms Moss? Gorgeous Kate attempted to conceal her tum as she stepped out for dinner last night – adding fuel to pregnancy rumours.
The supermodel, 34, seemed to be trying to hide the bulge beneath her coat as she left swish London restaurant The Ivy after a night out with Topshop boss Sir Phillip Green.
The model sparked pregnancy rumours in December when she was spotted rubbing her tummy while on holiday in Thailand with boyfriend Jamie Hince.
She already has a six-year-old daughter, Lila Grace, from her relationship with publisher Jefferson Hack.

what if shes not pregnant?? what if its her belt thats makin it look like she is? they can do that ya know..
