Devastated Jade Goody asked doctors to help her die when she was told that her cancer was incurable - so her two sons could get on with their lives.
The terminally ill star said when she found out that she only had weeks to live her first reaction was to "just give up".
She said: "I said to my doctors, 'I just want to go now, just give me an injection or a tablet. Let me go and let my kids get on with their lives'."
Jade doesn't want her sons to see her as her condition deteriorates - the mum-of-two wants Bobby, 5, and Freddie, 4, to remember her how she was when she was healthy.
The 27-year-old thinks that her boys have now realised that she is dying and has been given a children's book about bereavment to read to her sons, called Badger's Parting Gifts.
The story has been written by education experts and child psychologists and will help to prepare Jade's sons for her death.
Heart-breakingly, Jade has reportedly planned to say a final goodbye to the two young boys before she dies, before sending them away with dad Jeff Brazier so they won't see her painful last days.
"Doctors will know when it's right for me to say goodbye to them. Then they will be with their dad." she said. "It'll be so hard to do it, knowing I will never see them again. But I want them to see me before I get really poorly."
Jade is now planning the boys' Christening and is determined to be there despite doctors concerns that it might be too much for the frail star.
But being there for her sons' baptism is said to be brave Jade's last wish.

Cancer Research want all this money and donations so they can save lives. If they have so much money why isn't it saving Jade?? You would think they would have the technoligy to do something. Jade is hoping for a miricle.... she deserves one. Her poor boys =(. xox

the money that is raised by and on behalf of the cancer charities such as CR-UK is for research into a cure, other charities such as Macmillan/Marie Curie are the ones that assist cancer sufferers (I know this from when my dad had terminal cancer in 2004)
this is not to say that I don't think Jade deserves a miracle, just trying to put the record straight

A lot of money donated to any charity also goes towards advertisements, tv ads, leaflets etc.
Jade is a true inspiration to millions and a fantastic mother to her two boys. I can't begin to imagine how heartbreaking this must be for her, i truly hope she gets her miracle.

jade I feel for you so much I myself just wants to cry,a few years ago I myself had a very worrying time because I found these lumps under my arm and my breast so after some tests I was lucky my worry was for my 2 children and I know you are going through the same,jade I think are the most brave person I know you have done yourself proud and your two sons, when they will grow up and look back they willbe so so proud of and you will be an angel looking down because god will be with you jade and the whole nation is with you.all my love Ann Marie god bless.
