I’m A Celeb’s Nicola, 27, tells us what’s in her fridge

Where do you shop for food?
I use Tesco online for ease as I have a toddler [Rocky, three] and Marks & Spencer for treats or things for dinner. I spend £100 online a week and £20 each time at M&S.

What’s your daily diet?
I eat porridge with honey for breakfast. Lunch is salad, sushi or soup and dinner is chicken or fish with veg. I snack on bananas or berries, or Haribo sweets if I’m feeling naughty.

Do you ever diet?
I eat low-carb food in the week then have one day where I eat badly, especially if I’m hungover.

What’s your must-have ingredient?
I love garlic and chilli in everything.

Is there anything you refuse to eat?
After kangaroo in the jungle, I’ll eat anything!

Which three foods would you take to a desert island?
Terry’s Chocolate Orange and cheesecake for my sweet tooth and an American Hot pizza.

What do you cook to impress a man?
Pasta because my man [Nicola is engaged to Peterborough FC player Tom Williams, 28] is a footballer and needs carbs!

What’s your favourite drink?
Tea, sugar-free cordials and Diet Coke. Melon daiquiris are delicious too!

“Porridge releases energy slowly, so is a great choice for breakfast. But instead of eating badly after a hangover, Nicola should pick foods that will bring her blood sugar levels back to normal. My advice is plenty of water, wholegrain toast for breakfast and a pasta dish for dinner. Otherwise, Nicola’s diet is fairly sensible and will help her stay slim.”
