Ashley Cole arrested drunk and disorderly

Cheryl Cole has been away for how long... a week? And husband Ashley is already in trouble!

Whilst brave Chezza is battling extreme conditions to climb Mount Kilimanjaro for charity, Chelsea player Ashley has been arrested outside a posh Mayfair club on a night out with his team mates.

The England footie ace reportedly started a drunken tirade against police men as he left London venue The Collection with John Terry and Michael Mancienne.

The 28-year-old was promptly arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly and driven to the nearest police station, where he was released three hours later with an £80 fixed penalty notice.

Earlier that evening, Ashley had attended a charity event at an Armani store to help raise funds for two children's organisations.

We think it's funny how Cheryl treks up a 19,340ft mountain and battles sickness to help those less fortunate than her - but when hubby Ash tries to do charity he does it from the comfort of a designer shop and still manages to get into trouble!
