Be a Happy Joe!

We all get a little down at times, but there is one cheeky chappy who always manages to see the brighter side of life.

Former EastEnder and 'I am Celebrity...' winner Joe Swash seems to have optimism running through him - but he isn't the only cheerful person out there! 

A recent survey by The National Lottery has found that we are a nation of sunny people - three quarters of us see ourselves as being generally optimistic and nearly six out of ten felt that optimism could be contagious.
