Madonna branded a "bully" over adoption

Ah, look at Madonna taking part in the traditional African craft of basket weaving...
But if the Queen of Pop was hoping that her endeavours to embrace the Malawian culture would impress the locals, she was wrong.
Her display of interest in the local industry clearly didn't wash with the natives as Madge was branded a "bully" by human rights spokesman Undule Mwakasungura.
"Madonna is behaving like a bully because she has status, money and a name. She thinks she can fast-track the adoption.", he said.
The 50-year-old singer is currently in Malawi with her children Lourdes, 12, Rocco, eight, and adopted son David Banda, three, to adopt another Malawian child, four-year-old Mercy James.
During her stay she has been to visit the orphan's school she founded. She also took little David, who was born in the country, to see his biological father - but the toddler didn't recognise his dad and asked "Who are you?".
Yohane Banda, 34, said: "I understand - he was a year old when he left."

well if david has a father then why has she adopted him? yes, maybe because she wants him to have a better life. but come on, he doesnt even recognise his own father! madonna should have made sure that he would remember his father, either by having a photo of him & tellin him about his father or going to visit him regularly. doesnt she think it's important for him to know who is real father is????

David's dad never intended to take care of his son because when the mum died the tot was put in an orphanage! This guy acts like he cares because of the media attention! Shame on him! Disgraceful deadbeat "dad"!

oh come on adoption is where a parent gives up the right to parent their child....!
Ok one can say it was pretty dumb of Madonna to bring the child to his father knowing he would not know him but she just like any other adoptive parents are under no obligation to ensure contact with biological parents.
No matter what the reaon money or not his biological father left him in an orphanage and didnt give a shit till Madonna tried to adopt him and media attention was drawn to the case.
If she is willing to give these children a better life then let her
But does this mean Lourdes, Rocco & David visit Guy and Mercy stays home with Mom or the nanny.
That would be my issue with the adoption is people who adopt children only to leave them with a nanny.... this i see no point in
