Gareth Gates welcomes new baby girl

Finally some good news in celeb-land – Gareth Gates became a dad yesterday!
His wife Suzanne gave birth to a little girl, Missy, who weighed 7lb 8oz.
We were surprised to hear that Gareth is a dad – we still remember him as a stuttering teenage heart-throb on Pop Idol.
But that was seven years ago – does time fly or what?!
24-year-old Gareth is currently starring in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in the West End (when he's not changing nappies, that is!).
Congratulations Gareth, Suzanne and Missy!

aww congratulations to you both. i like her name. at least it isnt as bad as some celebs' babies!
i cant believe it's been 7 years! it feels like yesterday that i was listenin song high in the sky or something! haha

Congratulayions guys,the word missy is used alot in Ireland when talking to young females,so i cant realy get my head around it as a name,but its not out landish
