Coleen: 'I crave everything'

She’s been a classic yo-yo dieter, but Coleen Rooney has told pals that she won’t be watching her weight during her pregnancy.
Coleen, 23 – who has confirmed her baby is due in October – has told friends she isn’t worried about maintaining her figure, unlike some celebrity mums.
An insider said: “Coleen was shocked to hear the term ‘pregorexic,’ which describes women who actually starve themselves to ensure they’re designer-thin and able to get back into their skinny jeans just days after giving birth.
“She’s very level-headed and understands that when a craving comes, it’s the baby’s way of saying it needs some sugar, salt or whatever.”
And insiders say it’s lucky that Coleen, who’s married to England footballer Wayne, also 23, isn’t hung up about her body, because pregnancy is making her incredibly hungry.
The source revealed: “The other day, Coleen said: ‘I’ve never been so hungry in all my life. I’m craving everything. I know that if I go too mad, my bum’s going to stick out as far as my bump. I’ve been warned by my mum!’
“But Coleen added that she’s still determined not to calorie count and won’t stick to salads to be thin.”
Coleen, who has yo-yoed between a size 8 and 12 in the past, has decided that if she gets out of shape, she’ll just have to work out after the baby’s birth.
An insider revealed: “Coleen said if she gets a big bum, she’ll go to the gym when she feels ready. Her priority is to be the best parent possible.”
Coleen confirmed her pregnancy last week, saying: “It’s the most brilliant news and, along with marrying Wayne, the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”
The source added: “Her friends rumbled that Coleen was expecting when she stopped drinking and started having early nights. She’s had a fair bit of morning sickness and is starting to feel exhausted with her public appearances.”
And hubby Wayne is already said to be acting protectively towards her and the baby.
“Wayne’s started walking in front of Coleen like a protective barrier – he wants to protect his precious cargo,” said the source.
“They’ve joked that if they have a boy, they hope he doesn’t have his dad’s ears. Coleen says she’ll know if it’s a boy by the amount of kicking it does!”

awww, i'm glad she doesnt want to be a stick thin pregnant woman. it's not good for the baby when women are so thin.
& yeh, lets hope the baby doesnt have wayne ears! poor thing lol

Well it makes a change to hear a pregnant celeb not worrying about how much weight thay will put on,and putting the health of there child first.
Well done you,i ate ginger nut biscuits while in the car,thay stopped me feeling sick when i was pregnant.

She may not be worried about her weight gain now, but i bet all the money i have that she'll be whining five minutes after giving birth that she can't shift her post baby bulge.

i've never been a fan of collen but i am starting to admire her on how she is nothing like the other football wags always worrying about there weight and size. i hope she sticks to her words and does'nt go diet mad and does consentrate on this bundle of joy she going to have rather than dieting. i wish you the best of luck mr and mrs rooney you'll be great parents

I reackon she's going to make the cluckiest mum ever, I had a conversation about Coleen and Cheryl Cole being mums, it's funny as I can't envision Mrs Cole with puke down her back, winding her bub in the middle of the night or breastfeeding for that matter, kind of maternal when bub is all cleaned, changed and fed by the nanny first - but I can envision Colleen doing all of that, pleased for her - celeb mum of the year! already!
