Oooh - how much would we love to have been a fly on the wall at Vicky B's birthday dinner?
Posh was joined by gal pals Eva Longoria, Katie Holmes and Kate Beckinsale to celebrate her 35th at fancy restaurant Cecconi's.
But Posh didn't look too happy as she was driven away in husband David's personalised car with her A-List pals.
It is reportedly the first birthday Victoria has spent without David since 1999. The AC Milan player is stuck in Italy this week, and judging by this picture, Victoria's missing her fella!
Ever the perfect husband, though, David took her out for a premature birthday dinner in Milan last week.
Happy Birthday anyway, VB!

i would have loved to be waitress there for the night! to ease drop at what they were saying & get to meet them!

If A list celebs such as Eva Longoria can muster up a smile for the cameras, then surely Posh can get her head out of her own backside and show us her pearly whites once in a while.
