Ooh-er! Check out this raunchy pic of Paris Hilton for the 2009 Guess campaign!

After adopting a GaGa-esque look for a photo shoot earlier this month, it seems Paris is back working the style she knows best for Guess– LA glam.

Posing with pooch Tinkerbell, this picture of Miss Hilton is sure to get boyfriend Doug Reinhard more than a little hot under the collar.

Paris is the latest celeb to endorse a high-end designer this year. The Katie Holmes for Miu Miu and Madonna for Louis Vuitton campaigns have already been a huge success.

Lol didn't even notice the dog,thought it was someting furry on her knickers at first,like some sort of over the top designer feature!!
