Jailed Jack's TV career

Thursday 21 May 2009

Jade Goody's jailed widower Jack Tweed is in talks with several producers about starring in various different TV programmes.

The 21-year-old is hoping to build a career in the entertainment industry when he is released from prison.

Currently serving a 12 week sentence  for attacking a taxi driver, Jack is keen to make the most of the media attention he has received since his late wife fell ill.

A friend said: "For obvious reasons Jack's profile is pretty huge so he's looking at how to make the most of that. He's had a horrendous time recently so is desperate to get his life back on track.

"Many people want him to do things about life with Jade and he's considering anything that honours her memory."

Jack's spokesman said last night: "We are talking to producers about half a dozen projects for Jack. Nothing's been signed off yet - but there are some good ideas being discussed."

Would you want to see Jack on TV? Or do you think he shouldn't use the public attention to further his career?

RE: Jailed Jack's TV career

I think everyone deserves a 2nd chance and Jack should get his and be able to have a TV career, as long as he publicly apologises for his wrong doing.

Otherwise, it will show that good does come from being bad and this should not be what he is trying to promote about himself or to the fans that he will gain.

Personally I am not and will not be a fan. I believe if you want to be a celebrity, it should be achieved through your talent... not because you're famous for being famous, falling out of a nightclub or because you're other half is.

RE: Jailed Jack's TV career

Yes i would like jack Tweed to become a Tv presenter i think it would do him a favour. This is one way of him honouring Jade's memory and this will enable him to grow up, Hopefully he could end up choosing male friends the will elivate him and not bring him down.
