SuBo to be comforted by cat

After being admitted to The Priory for stress-related exhaustion, Susan Boyle's stay in the rehab clinic is set to be brightened up.
Britain's Got Talent bosses are planning on surprising the singer, nicknamed SuBo, with daily visits from her cat Pebbles.
There is no policy against animals visiting patients at the London hospital, so the two could be reunited soon. Much of Susan's anxiety is rumoured to be caused by separation from her cat.
News of the visit came as BGT judge Amanda Holden made several press appearances in America, after a media frenzy following Susan's second place finish in the ITV drama.
The show was slated by hosts, including CNN's Larry King, who feared for Susan's mental health after her admission to The Priory.
Ms Holden denied claims that Susan had been exploited, saying: "I could not disagree more. She's a grown woman. She enjoyed every second of it."
Amanda attempted to lighten the mood, joking: "The only thing I'm worried about with Susan is she seems to have a crush on Piers!"
Is the US media right to criticise Britain's Got Talent? Was SuBo treated fairly?

i think the best thing for her, is it go home & rest. spend time with her cat & brothers & sisters. she needs to get away from all this media attention

of course their going to deny it and amandas probably loving all the attention too after all any publicity is good publicity its set them up for higher ratings next year so they wont be complaining. at the end of the day susan is an adult and surely if her friends and family were that concerned why didnt they speak to the producers and tell them their worries about her not being mentally stable.

Why was it Amanda that spoke to the press and not Simon? after all he is the boss,and the one who'll gain most from Susan,i find that very ignorant of him,and he should feel ashamed of himself..!!!
I'm glad that Susan's going to see her cat,animals can be such a comfort,get well soon sweetheart x : )

SuBo has been fantastically popular in the US with celebs and the public, she's had an interview with Oprah by videolink and already 2 mentions on the Simpons or South Park can't remember which!! The US media were surprised that she didn't win and she's been taken to their hearts, hardly surprising now she's had to rest that the media are complaining she's been exploited!! Personally I feel the same way, she may have enjoyed every moment but the media have laid her personal and private life bare from day 1 - none of the other contestants had to perform under such rigourus media focus now did they hm?!
Let's hope she recovers well and I have a feeling it's not the last you'll hear from SuBo!!
