Oh dear! Hunky Twilight star Robert Pattinson was hit by a car in New York after a scuffle with female fans - but escaped unscathed.
The 23-year-old heartthrob was clipped by a taxi when he tried to run across a road to get away from a bevvy of overexcited teenage girls.
Filming for his latest movie Remember Me, his female admirers were jostling around the star to get autographs, take pictures or touch Robert - so much so that even three bodyguards couldn't restrain them!
As the actor tried to make a dash for it, he clearly didn't stop, look and listen before he crossed the street and had a close encounter with a yellow cab.
But, to the relief of thousand teenage girls, Robert didn't come to harm. Phew!
See, girls, there is a reason why you should form an orderly queue!!
