Bend it like Beckham!

The delectable David Beckham has revealed the secret to his major fit bod.
 
No, no smart arses – it’s not the fact that he runs around a football pitch for 90 minutes at a time …..It’s body-bending Pilates exercises of course!
 
The 34-year-old says he is in his best shape in years due to an hour-long daily routine – and hopes that this technique will stretch his career out until he’s 40. (And who’s complaining, really?!)
 
The footie ace was introduced to Pilates – a stretching and breathing routine particularly popular with women – on loan at AC Milan.
 
He said: “I do an hour of Pilates a day. The medical set-up at Milan is fantastic and fitness-wise I am the best I have been for a long time,” The Sun reports.
 
The hour-long exercise has reduced Becks’ body fat from 13.7 per cent to a super-toned 8.5 per cent. Impressive eh!?
 
We don’t think he’ll have any problems convincing Three Lions boss Fabio Capello that he’s fit enough for next year’s World Cup in South Africa!

hes not even good looking any of us could have a bf with a fit body but at the end of the day if you would be wiv sum 1 cos of their money and hot body then you will never be in a serious relationship. i dont think that this story is very appealing to me. wat was the point closer????

Now there's a pic for his gay fans if ever i've seen one, he looks camper than a row of tents. Still utterly gorgeous though.
