Diana Ross has been named in Michael Jackson's will as guardian to his three children in the event his 80-year-old mother is unable to care for them.
Jacko named his mother, Katherine Jackson, beneficiary of the Michael Jackson Family Trust and guardian of his three children in the five-page document.
But in an unexpected revelation, former Supremes superstar Diana was named to succeed Jacko's mother as guardian, if necessary.
Ex-wife Debbie Rowe, mother of his eldest two children, was cut out entirely.
"I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson," the will, drafted in July 2002, states.
It's not clear if Debbie , who divorced Jackson in 1999 after three years of marriage, intends to seek custody of Jackson's two eldest children.

Thats abit harsh not letting the mother of his kids look after them.
If i was her i'd be going for custody,but then again if i was her i would have never let them go,no matter how much he "paid"!

it's her own fault she should never have sold them, its a bit weird how shes only going after them now MJ is dead its probrabbly coz she knows how much they will inherit and shes after that aswell !
