News on the street is that you can get slimmer, feel healthier and be happier just by eating the right things.  Sound far too easy? Why not give it a go with our guide to the best superfoods and tips on how to incorporate them into your diet.

These little things are packed full of protein, fibre and a magic ingredient molybdenum – which helps convert carbs into energy.

Rich in iron and protein, chickpeas help keep blood fat and blood sugar level whilst also keeping your digestive system working.
