Holly Willoughby's hot body secrets
Friday 07 September 2012

How does she do it? With a busy work schedule which includes presenting ITV’s This Morning and BBC’s The Voice, as well as being a mother to two young children Harry, 3, and Belle, 1, Holly always manages to look immaculate.
Today the presenter, 31, stepped out at Edinburgh International Television Festival, in a bubble gum pink dress which accentuated her amazing hourglass curves. Nipped in at the waist, the ensemble showed off her trim waist, long legs and enviable cleavage.
The blonde star has in the past admitted to loving food, from buying and preparing through to eating it. Whilst she tries to follow a healthy diet, Holly has complained that any weight she loses comes off her top half, leaving her bottom half looking out of proportion. Before having her children, Holly told a British magazine, ‘I much prefer to be busty with a bottom than all bottom and no boobs.’ She also expressed her frustration with mothers that obsess about weight loss, venting, ‘I can’t bear mums who are more worried about fitting into jeans than looking after their baby.’

On an ideal day, the star will have cereal or boiled eggs for breakfast, a salad or soup for lunch and spaghetti Bolognese or tuna and vegetables for dinner. However she admits her vice is ice cream, and recently tweeted pictures of herself enjoying a chip butty.
As well as Holly’s stunning body, we love her attitude towards weight. She says, ‘At 16, I was a rake. I was desperate to get boobs and hips. Then, as I hit 17, my hips went ‘pang!’ and my boobs went ‘pang!’ and I remember thinking: ‘Finally!’ Why would I work out to get rid of something I’d been praying for?’ You go girl!
