Kamala Samways week two!

"It’s been a little harder to stay motivated this week and I've had a few blips so I was really pleased when I stepped on the scales and saw that I had managed to lose another 3lbs. This takes my total weight loss to 7lbs and has left me feeling really positive for next week!
This week had it’s highs and lows, I had a chest infection at the beginning of the week and it was really hard not to comfort eat as I was also tired. However, at the end of the week I saw a friend who commented that my skinny jeans were looking baggy rather than skinny - this made my day! I hadn't really noticed that my body was changing shape but it really is - I've even had to start wearing a belt! Maybe that new summer wardrobe will happen after all!!
I am feeling much better in myself this week, much less bloated and generally ‘lighter’ which is great! I am starting to look forward to and enjoying my meals a lot more now. Before I started the diet I didn’t really take much notice of what I was eating but now, even a humble chicken salad sandwich tastes fab and every crumb is eaten up.
It has seemed as though temptation is everywhere this week and I have succumbed a few times - a rather tasty ham and cheese Panini with my name on it on Tuesday and croissants with the kids on Saturday morning but apart from that I have been really enjoying eating healthily and am more than happy with my progress this week."
