Kimberley Walsh: ‘My boobs have shrunk, but I love being so toned!’

Revealing her newly toned figure on holiday in Barbados last week, Kimberley Walsh looked incredible. And pals say despite complaining that weeks of dance rehearsals on Strictly Come Dancing had left her with “no boobs,” she’s thrilled with her more sculpted physique.
A source tells Closer: “Kim lost half a stone on the show – she lost fat, but also gained muscle. She loves her new body, despite saying her boobs have shrunk. She told pals: ‘I used to hate my legs, but Strictly gave me ankles!’”
Friends reveal that size 8-10 Kimberley, 31 – who’s dating former boybander Justin Scott, also 31 – is planning to stay slim through gym sessions and portion control. A pal says: “She eats porridge for breakfast, keeps carbs like rice to a portion the size of her fist and makes dinner her lightest meal of the day, sticking to chicken or fish.
“But Kim isn’t a fan of crazy diets and says she works out so she can enjoy her food. If she indulges, she’ll just do an extra 10 minutes on the treadmill.”
The pal adds: “Kim says she’ll always have ‘junk in my trunk,’ but that Justin thinks her bum is her best asset. And after doing Strictly, she says she respects her body more than ever.”
In 2011, the Girls Aloud star who’s 5ft 5, told Closer that not obsessing over food helps her maintain her 9st body rather than letting her weight yo-yo. She said: “I make sensible choices, like having brown bread instead of white.

I have pasta and takeaways – just not every day. I’m not one of those people that can be on a diet all the time – it’s so boring.”
And despite having been with Justin for nine years, Kimberley revealed recently that she felt “no pressure” to marry, saying: “Justin and I don’t take on the pressure of the outside world – we know where we’re at in our relationship. Besides, being together nine years is almost a marriage in itself.”
But sources tell us the singer is keen to start a family with Justin. A pal says: “Kim has always put her career first, but now she’s in her 30s, she feels she can take a break. She’s in a strong relationship and would love a big brood – maybe two girls and two boys! Family means everything to Kim, so a baby would be the icing on the cake.”
