I’ve had a great week this week and have managed to lose another 2lbs – so that’s 8lbs in total in three weeks. I am really enjoying my Closer Diet as it doesn’t actually feel as if I’m dieting. I don’t feel deprived of anything as the plan is so flexible! We have made some great recipes this week and even the kids have enjoyed cooking and eating the meals. It’s great not to feel so bloated all the time.
 
This week I set up my free 30 day membership at fitness first that Closer kindly arranged to compliment my healthy eating regime. I managed to get there last week and use the gym twice. It was a great experience to be in the gym and have use of all the machines. All the staff were so friendly and helpfully, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. I’m hoping to get to some of the gym classes too like Zumba and spinning. I’m hoping they will give me advice on what to use to best tone my problem areas (tummy and thighs).
 
When I started the diet I took all my measurements and am proud to say that I have lost a total of 7 1/2 inches all over, espically happy with the two inches off my waist, one off my hips and one and a half off my thighs which are the place I worry most about. So I’m very happy! My clothes are fitting me much better now. I must invest in some new work trousers as I am forever having to keep pulling mine up!
 
I’ve got an Ann Summers party coming up this weekend at a friend’s house where I am hoping to stay away from the alcohol and the nibbles. Everyone has been so supportive of me so I’m sure there will be a few healthy snacks I can have.
 
It’s been great for my confidence that people have noticed that I am losing weight. I tell them all about the Closer Diet plan and can’t recommend it highly enough. My brain is finally being retrained to want nice healthy filling foods instead of high sugar snacks. Thank you, Closer. I’m on my way!
