My Closer diet doesn't feel like a diet!

WEEK EIGHT

Current weight: 13st 9lbs
Weight loss this week: 2lbs
I'm feeling great this week - I have lost another 2lbs. Woohoo!
I feel really familiar with the diet plan now and am finding it much easier to find healthier alternatives and satisfying foods. I'm over halfway through the plan and I must say that I am extremely happy with what I have achieved so far. Not only have I lost weight, I have lost inches too and i'm feeling much more toned.
I have had some slip ups (who hasn't!) but where previously I would have found it hard to get back on track, I have managed to quickly find my way back on the right road on my Closer Diet. It's been so flexible that it has made losing weight really easy - and I have never felt hungry or deprived.
I have been keeping up some of the exercises that we were show at the bootcamp too (like Fartlek training and circuit training) - they're actually really easy to do and surprisingly easy to fit in. I'm still using my bun and thigh wave machine for 10-20 minutes a night too (buy bun and thigh wave here!)
This week Closer has very kindly sent us some Reebok Easytone trainers to try out along with a Sony Walkman to put my playlist on! They are designed to increase toning with each step while strengthening key leg and bum muscles. At first they felt really strange but after a while I felt my thighs hurting - that can only be a good thing right?. I couldn't really tell if this was from the Boot Camp or the trainers though, I must admit! I have continued to wear these all week and I must say my thighs are feeling loads tighter! It's the school holidays this week and I'm hoping to get out and about with the girls - taking them to the park and hopefully a bit of swimming.
I have found a few exercises classes in my area like zumba and Boxercise but although I have yet to try them out, I'm looking into it!
I am hoping to lose 2lbs again this week and that will be my 1 stone mark.....wish me luck!
