'I've lost 3lbs & my energy levels are soaring'

I have lost 3lbs this week which I am really pleased with. Although it was hard not to pick at food when I was bored, I managed to resist temptation! I just kept thinking of my ultimate goal and the fact that i had lost 3lbs in the first week really spurred me on!
The hardest part for me is eating breakfast. I have always found it hard to eat in the mornings and would either not eat at all or i would opt for a cereal bar but, with breakfast being one of the most important meals of the day, I really pushed myself this week and have been having fruit and yogurt.
I'm really enjoying the Closer Diet because although I am eating very healthily, it still allows me to have the odd treat like a glass of wine or a chocolate snack.
Not only have I lost weight this week, but I am really noticing the difference in my mood. I haven't snoozed my alarm at all this week; I've been feeling fresh and ready to go about my day straight away brimming with energy and I honestly think that's my body's way of thanking me!
I must admit that I was a bit worried this week as I had a few meals out planned at the local pub with some friends but I am more than pleased to report that I managed to opt for the healthier options! I had a chicken cesar salad (without the crutons, may I add!) and asked for the dressing on the side. Usually, I would have had a burger and chips or lasagna and garlic bread so I'm definitely heading in the right direction!
I'm going to start an exercise programme this week too - I have joined Fitness First and am going to take advantage of the trainers knowledge and book a few personal training sessions so I can come to grips with what to do! Wish me luck!
