It’s the fourth day of our figure fixes – go on, give up 5 minutes of your time to tone up!
Doing these moves a couple of times a day should allow you to work the muscles that need shaping up without having to sacrifice too much of your schedule.
Working out can get a bit tedious after a while – so if you’re sick of spending more than an hour when you’re trying to get your 20 minutes daily exercise, try these!
As always, doing cardiovascular exercise such as brisk walking, a quick jog or swimming is a great way to shift pounds, but these are great toning moves nonetheless.
Up today are the abdominal muscles – great if you’re inspired by Jessica Alba's figure!
Single leg stand
This is a great move as it helps you with your balance – and your abs are an essential part of staying upright!
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your back straight. Put your arms up above your head, and then take one foot off the floor.
Try and hold this balance for up to a minute, have a rest and then try with the other leg – try doing each leg twice, with a rest of 15 seconds.

Abs are made in the kitchen, you can do all the strength exercises in the world to tone up but it wont matter if its hidden under a thick layer of fat. If you want abs....fix your diet!
