Model Nancy Sorrell, 35, tells us what's in her fridge
Where do you shop?
Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's and the shops in our village. It's important to support your local shops, otherwise they'll go out of business.
What's your daily diet?
In the morning, I'll have a slice of brown toast with butter and Marmite with tea or a cappuccino. If we're out, I'll have sushi for lunch, otherwise it'll be a Marmite sandwich and an apple. Then my husband Jim [aka Vic Reeves] will cook dinner anything from curry to a salad. For snacks, I nibble on celery or cucumber. Also, Jim brings me chocolate and Haribo sweets.
Do you ever diet?
No, I love food too much.
Is there anything you refuse to eat?
No, I try everything. I like to set a good example for my girls [twins Nellie and Lizzie, two].
If you could take three foods to a desert island, what would they be?
A large bag of Haribo, apples and a big jar of Marmite, which I'd dip the apples in!
What's your favourite drink?
We often go for noodles at Wagamama with the girls and they do a fruit and vegetable drink there called Raw Juice, which I love.
What's your favourite comfort food?
I'm not one of those people who could eat a tub of ice cream, but I love stodgy, savoury things, such as sausage and mash.
The nutritionist's verdict:
"Nancy doesn't have a sweet tooth, making it easier for her to stick to healthy snacks such as raw veg, which help her reach her recommended five portions. But she might benefit from eating a bigger breakfast to ward off mid-morning slumps. I'm glad Nancy tries new foods, as children really do learn their eating habits from their parents."
