I am getting tired of your magazine doing stories about UNDER AGE tattooing IT IS ILLEGAL in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland for anyone to be tattooed under the age of 18 years
THE TATTOOING OF MINORS ACT 1969 is a criminal offence.
So when are you people going to stop this happening? do you not realise by writing these stories you are encouraging these people to purchase these cheap chinese made kits with nasty toxic chemicals and no way of sterilizing any of the equipment. Then assaulting under age people by marking them for life. If you went and slapped a person of 14 15 or 16 years of age you would be prosecuted for assault although there would be no permanent, yet you are encouraging people to put a permanent mark on these youngsters.
I would like to hear you answers to this as i am going to take it further.
