Where do you shop?
Sainsbury’s because it’s local. I sometimes pop to Morrisons or Tesco to mix it up. I spend about £150 a week on a big shop.
What is your typical daily diet?
I’m not a morning person but, if I have time, breakfast is hash browns, eggs and beans with tea. For lunch I’ll have pesto pasta or linguine with sauce and veg. In the evening I’ll have ackee and saltfish – a Jamaican dish – or smoked mackerel with spinach and mash.
Do you ever diet?
I try to be healthy and plan to make soups and juices, but I can never be bothered! I eat superfoods like blueberries and broccoli and drink water. My costumes for my EastEnders character Kim are so tight, they alone can put me off eating!
Is there anything you refuse to eat?
I don’t like mushrooms or cheese.
What’s your favourite comfort food?
A huge bowl of pasta followed by chocolate. I regret it after, but it’s so good at the time!
What’s your favourite drink?
I’m a Baileys girl. I also love apple or cranberry juices.
