Honey hair mask
This mask will leave your hair fantastically glossy and with a gorgeous shine.
Ingredients:
One cup of honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
Mix honey and olive oil together in a bowl. Work a small amount at a time through hair until coated. Cover hair with a shower cap; leave on 30 minutes. Shampoo well and rinse.
Honey drinks
Drinking hot honey reminds us of the lemony drinks that we guzzle when we have the flu. But adding honey to your drink has many other benefits. Here are a couple of ideas:
Drinking honey and cinnamon strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacterial and viral attacks. Add 2 tsps of honey and a tspn of cinnamon powder to a mug of how water.
Adding a slice of ginger to your honey drink will add a tasty kick. Additionally ginger has a huge number of health benefits including alleviating menstrual cramps and reducing stress.
*Before using for the first time, always spot test the facial on a small patch of skin to ensure the skin is not sensitive to the ingredients.
