With spring officially here, we are totally hearting the benefits of walking as a way of shifting the pounds - fresh air outdoors as opposed to sweaty gym machines, anyone?
In a bid to get us pounding the streets instead of the dreaded treadmill, model and celebrity fitness enthusiast Nell McAndrew has teamed up with sports brand ASICS to encourage people to get fit by walking.

Last night Nell McAndrew hit the streets and walked with the ASICS team, customers and walking enthusiasts to introduce ASICS walk your way campaign to Londoners.
ASICS new walking collection boasts a whole lot of snazzy technologies such as GEL cushioning for shock absorption and Personal Heel Fit to help prevent blisters – all with the aim of enhancing the natural motion of your feet when walking.
The result? “A fitter, trimmer, leaner body, feel good factor and a more alert mind” Nell promises.
