Tango
The Tango is a very passionate and erotic dance, typically involving two people. It requires a lot of determination and hard work to get it right – but it’s the perfect all-over body work out. You’ll be bending and twisting your upper body whilst engaging in fast-paced walking that occasionally includes small jumps. Tango steps also include deep lunges and side steps which will work your thighs and glutes. Try it with your man for the sexiest work out of your life!

Waltz
The Waltz is the classic standard dance and excellent to train good posture. Although the dance is romantic in nature, the dancers are required to maintain a taut and square body shape throughout the routine – which is a great exercise to strengthen your core stability. Although the Waltz is a moderate paced dance, it still provides a good work-out for your legs thanks to elaborate step sequences.

Viennese Waltz
Like the classic Waltz, this version is based around a 3/4 timing, but at a much faster pace. Although it only consists of a few step sequences and turns, the Viennese Waltz is a challenging dance and excellent for burning calories. Because the dance is incredibly fast-paced it is essential to learn the footwork thoroughly before you start – but it is one of the best dances for improving your posture, building up your core muscles and losing weight.
