It’s time to celebrate! Not only has JLo-from-the-block just turned 43, but she’s done it in style.
Stealing the show in skintight leatherettes and a chic semi sheer blouse, the Latino birthdaygirl JLo knocked years off of her wardrobe without looking out of place – a round of applause please ladies!
Yes, it is possible to look more top-trumpthan frump, and middle-agers needn’t trade in on-trend pieces for calf-lengths and mumsy florals. Just keep it chic and fuss free. Simples! Oh, and steer away from anything too revealing.
Other, dare we say it, ‘middle-aged’ Hollywoodettes flying the style flag for 40 something’s include Jennifer Anniston, who also turned 43 earlier this year, and Eva Longoria who isn’t quite there yet but will be celebrating the big 4-0 n just a few years time.
