Remember the 2-year-old that smoked 40 cigarettes a day? Well, you’ll be pleased to hear that the toddler has kicked the habit after going into rehab.

Little Aldi Rizal used to have tantrums and suffer withdrawal symptoms if he wasn’t allowed to smoke, but after being sent to therapy by child protection officials, he has managed to control his cravings and is finally playing like a normal 2-year-old child.

Aldi has had to endure three months of intensive care after he started smoking aged just 11 months because his father gave him a cigarette to ease a headache. Despite his father confessing, “He looks pretty healthy to me. I don’t see the problem.” The pictures of him puffing away and blowing smoke on a play truck enraged readers,

Poor little Aldi was put through the three-month programme after his parents sought help because they couldn’t afford their sons expensive habit. Confused Aldi cried and banged his head against walls when he was told he couldn’t have a cigarette.

Scans show that Aldi’s heart now has a thick lining, and he is often vacant and listless, however he is recovering. His psychologist said, 'If it can be done well, I am optimistic that Ardi will stop smoking.'

His mother, Diana has also been given therapy, training her to be a proper parent. She hopes that now he has quit, his health will improve, “I hope he does not have any diseases, because he has now stopped smoking,”

yeah, i think perhaps it would have been better to put this little fella with new parents than dopey ones who let him become addicted to ciggarettes. What next? Alcohol? Coke? Speed?

if that kids a smackhead by his tenth birthday, i wont be surprised with parents like that. he should have been placed with a better parents and a ban put on them to stop them having more kids.
an the mum got parent taraining, but what about the dad?
im a smoker, but if i was to ever even et pregnant, i would stop smoking the second i found out. how you could give a ciggarette to a little child when it hould be breastfeeding an learning to talk, not learning to inhale ciggarette smoke. what is this world coming to?
