Mum-of-four: ‘I share a bed with my husband and his fiancé!'

Tuesday 23 October 2012

Angela Witbeck and her husband Chris had always fantasised about having a threesome. But it wasn’t until they met Chris’ pretty work colleague, Ashley Miller, at a party that the couple made it a reality – inviting the 24 year old into their bed.

After a night of “mind-blowing” sex, Angela – who admits she’s always felt attracted to women – became best friends with Ashley and the couple regularly invited her round.

Bizarrely, the three of them, who live in New York, are now so close, Ashley has moved in with the couple and their four kids. And Chris, 34, is planning to marry Ashley, travelling to Utah for the ceremony – the only US state where marriages between more than two people are recognised.

Angela, 33, insists she’s happy with the arrangement as long as she’s part of their sex sessions! The housewife – who reveals Ashley acts as a second mum to her kids Brooklyn, 12, from a previous relationship, Maverick, seven, Lyric, five, and Kingston, two – says: “We’d dreamed about having a threesome. I thought I’d get jealous, but I didn’t – and when Ashley touched me, I loved it. We both became infatuated with her so we asked her to stay and haven’t looked back. I know it sounds crazy, but I’m happy for them to marry – I’ll be a bridesmaid! It’s made our marriage stronger. We’re never bored!”

Angela – who married Chris, a warehouse worker, in 2004 – admits she felt attracted to Ashley after meeting her at her own birthday party at the couple’s home last August.

Angela says getting Ashley to move in 'just felt right'

She recalls: “Chris worked with Ashley, but this was the first time we’d met. I thought she was pretty and, after a few drinks, I couldn’t help flirting. Chris and I had talked about threesomes as a fantasy, but never acted on it. And although we didn’t discuss asking Ashley for a threesome, when everyone left, I got the courage to ask her upstairs. I saw Chris’ face light up! Ashley seemed comfortable with it, I think the alcohol helped.”

Explaining their kids were staying with family, she admits: “None of us seemed nervous and the sex was mind-blowing!

“Ashley stayed all night and we got on brilliantly. The next week, she came round all the time – not just for sex. It sounds fast but, by the end of the week, Chris and I both felt we wanted her to be a part of our lives – so we asked her to move in. I know it’s unusual, but it felt right.”

Amazingly, Angela – who insists her neighbours haven’t asked questions – says she was honest with her kids from the start, and they’ve been accepting. She says: “I told them Mum and Dad’s girlfriend was moving in. Brooklyn said it was weird, but didn’t seem bothered. She gets on great with Ashley. I don’t think they’ve told their friends, though.”

And they were upfront with their parents, too. Angela says: “Mum was concerned about me sharing my marriage, but I told her it was what I wanted. Chris’ parents haven’t asked many questions.”

Now the three of them share a bed every night. Angela says: “We have a queen-size bed and us girls share a wardrobe – and clothes. We have sex at least once a week. Sometimes, Chris just wants to watch TV, so me and Ashley have our own fun. But generally it’s all three of us. It’s better to share.”

And Angela says they started discussing Chris and Ashley’s wedding six months into the relationship, adding: “It feels like Ashley is our fiancée. I want her to have the chance to walk down the aisle and wear a dress.

“I don’t think too far into the future, but, if it continues like this, we’ve a lot to look forward to. I love the thought of Ashley and Chris having kids. As long as I’m part of it, I will be fine. I joke we’ll have three rocking chairs on the porch when we’re old.”

Ashley, who now works in a craft store, adds: “I’d never done anything like this, not even had girlfriends, but when Angela asked me to spend the night with them it sounded fun, then I just fell in love with them both.”

Chris adds: “To us, it’s just a normal relationship – but there’s three of us.”
